For our Ohio and Kentucky service areas, we accept select insurance. To confirm if we accept your insurance, please contact us at (513) 202-3410.
Please note all insurance must be verified, and this process could take 3-5 business days to complete. Once the verification process is completed, our staff will contact you to schedule testing.
In the event insurance coverage is not sufficient, we offer affordable convenience fees starting at just $40.
For our Tampa service areas, insurance is not accepted and a convenience fee will be issued. For additional questions contact us at (513) 206-5986.

Our technicians are available Monday through Friday 7 A.M. to 6 P.M. and Saturday by appointment only.
No, you do not need a doctor’s order for testing. Simply order and schedule your testing here.
Certain tests may require special preparation, which your physician or a lab tech will discuss with you.
Most results take 1-2 days to receive. Results will be sent directly to the referring physician listed on the doctor’s order. QuickDraws Lab does not receive results. If you have any questions or concerns about your results, contact your primary care physician.
If you order testing independently, without a doctor’s order through QuikDraws-Ulta Lab, you will receive an email with a link to view your results.
